Micah McCullough is a music composer from Texas who is also a Marine Corps veteran as well as a metal musician on the side. His current focus is working on game music and sound design, however, is also interested in film music as well. Outside of working on game and film music, Micah also works on music in his metal band called Through Trials with his wife.

Growing up, Micah played the trumpet throughout grade school and also learned how to play guitar and sing. Micah grew up playing classical music for the most part, where his primary inspiration originates, as well as rock and metal when he was introduced to the genres as a teenager by his father.

Micah began to hone in his composing skills while attending Full Sail University under the Music Production program and nearing the end of the program he completed a few courses that introduced him to game music and sound design and he became enthralled by the work. While attending, he assisted game design students by providing several compositions for their game called Cathartic Overdrive.

Micah also attended Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and won several battle of the bands and performed at KNOTFEST and Mayhem festival a few times. Micah currently resides in Southeast Texas in the small town of Lumberton.
